This is a full-time, full remote position. (Residents from Germany or EU countries, only.)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Artist to join our team in the development of industrial software and game projects. As a Technical Artist, you will work closely with our development team to ensure that our products achieve high visual quality. Your tasks:

What you should bring with you

Your skills:

  • Good knowledge in Unity 3D and C#
  • Understanding of 3D mathematics, physics and shaders
  • Several years’ experience with 3D modelling, texturing and lighting
  • Familiarity with industry standard 3D software and art tools (e.g. Maya, 3ds Max, Photoshop).
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team
  • Professional language proficiency in German and English

The first Interview. We get to know each other and talk about the role.

Now it’s getting real! The 2nd interview is all about checking your qualification for the role.

We will check your role specific knowledge against the info from your CV.

Step 3

The Assessment Test.

This is where you can apply your hands-on-solution to a role specific challenge. If everyone’s still game after round 2, we’ll offer you to test your mettle in round 3. You will have 14 days to solve the assessment test.

The task will be relevant to the role you applied to, and your results measured aginst your experience level.

Step 4

If you passed the test, you’ll hear from us and get the opportunity for one last role call: You will present your test results to a broader audience of future-team mates.

This is a team fit session to make sure all are comfortable with the decision. If the answer is ‘yes’ then this is it! Only thing left to do is signing the contract. Happy days!

Your Curriculum Vitae according to international standard and a letter of motivation in PDF format in either English or German are required. We offer internships for programmers and technical artists. Due to the complexity of the work field and onboarding, we can only offer internships of a minimum duration of 6 months. We take on interns who study in related fields like computer science or game design. You also have the opportunity to volunteer for a 12 months-internship during your orientation phase or gap year.
