What’s next?

The Application Process

Step 1

The first Interview. We get to know each other and talk about the role.

This is a good opportunity for you to talk all things HR; from salary expectations to benefits.

Step 2

Now it’s getting real! The 2nd interview is all about checking your qualification for the role.

We will check your role specific knowledge against the info from your CV.

Please prepare accordingly to answer skill- and knowledge related questions relevant for the role as well as relevant questions about your background and past roles.

Step 3

The Assessment Test.

This is where you can apply your hands-on-solution to a role specific challenge. If everyone’s still game after round 2, we’ll offer you to test your mettle in round 3. You will have 14 days to solve the assessment test.

The task will be relevant to the role you applied to, and your results measured aginst your experience level.

Step 4

If you passed the test, you’ll hear from us and get the opportunity for one last role call: You will present your test results to a broader audience of future-team mates.

This is a team fit session to make sure all are comfortable with the decision. If the answer is ‘yes’ then this is it! Only thing left to do is signing the contract. Happy days!
