To enhance our team, we are looking for software developers who are experienced in using the Unity 3D Engine and would like to develop in different areas of industrial software and game development. As part of our agile team, you can get involved in decision-making processes and participate in exciting customer projects. Additionally, there is the opportunity to help shape our internal products to ensure mutual success. The handling of current technologies in the XR environment is of course part of it!

- Planning, development, enhancement and maintenance of Unity 3D applications for different platforms including various XR platforms.
- Autonomous coordination in project work for and with customers or for internal development.
- Participation in internal decision-making processes.

- Several years of experience in the development of Unity 3D applications
- Several years of experience in development with C#, especially with regard to newer versions of the language
- Sound knowledge of basic object-oriented programming principles, software development strategies, common programming patterns, and the principles of agile development strategies.
- Willingness to communicate and work in a team.
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.

NICE TO HAVE
- Several years of experience developing games using Unity 3D or another engine.
- Experience developing for HoloLens.
- Experience in development for Android and/or iOS.
- Experience developing APIs and backend systems using C# or PHP.
- Experience in 3D modeling and texturing.
- Experience in video editing.
- Experience in PHP web application development.

Die Aufgaben unterscheiden sich selbstverständlich je nach Bereich und Skill-Set.
Step 4
Wenn dieser Test zu unserer Zufriedenheit gelaufen ist, gibt es noch ein abschließendes Gespräch, in dem du den Rest vom Team besser kennenlernst und deine Arbeitsprobe auch vor deinen neuen Mitarbeitern vorstellen kannst.
Danach wird die Entscheidung getroffen ob wir zusammen passen oder nicht.

We offer internships for programmers and technical artists. Due to the complexity of the work field and onboarding, we can only offer internships of a minimum duration of 6 months. We take on interns who study in related fields like computer science or game design. You also have the opportunity to volunteer for a 12 months-internship during your orientation phase or gap year.
